**The Role**
This role is specifically for the Financial Planning part of the business.
Our administrators are instrumental in managing our clients affairs and their experience with the company. You will work as part of as a team of 3 that deliver our service to your own bank of clients. These teams consist of the clients financial planner, paraplanner and financial planning administrator.
You will be responsible for gathering the information and for transforming the recommendations in your clients financial plans and ongoing progress review meetings, turning them into reality and managing the ongoing relationship with the client.
**Key Responsibilities**
Building and managing strong working relationships with our clients as part of their team of 3
Full implementation of your clients financial plans, and ongoing management of our service including:
- Booking progress review meetings
- Application processing
- Gather and input of data
- Maintain up to date and accurate records
**What are we looking for**
At least 3 years experience working in wealth management industry, ideally in the IFA environment
An excellent communicator with an ownership mindset and a passion for the delivery of exceptional levels of service
Up to date knowledge of products and regulatory codes of practice
Fully competent and experienced using MS Office and financial planning back office systems, particularly iO
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and grow
