Blue Apple are looking for an **experienced** Barista/General Catering Assistant to work in one of our clients in Greenwich. There is parking near by and it's walking distance to the train station.

We do simple sarnies really well, hospitality that’s heavenly, delectable fine dining and anything else in between is beautifully presented while always being, tasty and delicious. Quite simply, food is our passion. Role and Responsibilities:
**Key responsibilities are to**:

- Deliver an exceptional, attentive service to our customers and being the face of Blue Apple by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
- Make and serve coffees from a traditional barista style machine.
- Serve hot and cold foods from hot counter or deli bar unit. Making sandwiches and paninis to order for customers.
- Operate the till, taking payments.
- Ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness in the front of house areas at all times
- Build and maintain customer relationships to enable us to continually offer a service that meets their needs
- General cleaning duties as required
- Support the Chef Manager with food preparation and other duties for FOH
- Support Chef Manager with admin, due diligence paperwork as required
- Support hospitality service when required and ensure service standards are maintained
- Control Front of house stock, ensure restocked full and plentiful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.05 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
