An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Dealer to join Winterflood Business Services (WBS) on a permanent basis.

This new hire will focus on ensuring the order routing, order management and completed executions comply with the service offerings defined in Client SLA’s and will also be responsible for the quality assurance of the compliance to and transparency of such executions, through reporting MI produced from the WBS data warehouse for trading information compared to the Winterflood Business Services Execution Policy

**Responsibilities**:
Performance of the routing mechanism and monitoring of standards achieved vs. expected standards in line with committed execution policy SLA measures, trading relationship management and governance of the service provisions to clients through a service review mechanism will form a key part of this role.

Working, monitoring and executing any manual order flow for the service as required.

To provide on an adhoc basis, the WBS Dealer may also be required to execute FX or Treasury Management trading activity to support the service offerings.

To provide ongoing support & development of client basis, development & growth of client relationships including the monitoring and governance aspects of those relationships, plus trend analysis and identification of growth opportunities within the Business services offered to clients.

Manage, monitor & deliver all aspects of the trading interfaces and mechanisms for the clients

Manage Relationships with Trading Counterparties & support relationships with Clients

Develop understanding of each client’s strategic goals and identify ways in which we can help them achieve their objectives to our mutual benefit

Manage Trading Developments & Change

Provide leadership for client driven trading product development requirements

Ensure client satisfaction levels are maintained at a high level

Input to the management of the cost base of Trading Services and also Fee Schedules to Clients

Maintain trading relationship Governance, KPIs & MI including quality assuring the 3rd parties execution reports from IFS prior to issuance to Clients

Ongoing Management of issued execution policies including discussions with Clients

Act as a key trading expert, working closely with the sales team to provide support and coordinate execution delivery of aspects of the Service

To build and maintain a strong culture of compliance, risk management, integrity, client focus and other such Winterflood or Close Brothers values

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum 3 Years’ experience as an execution Dealer ideally from the buy-side/wealth management/brokerage industry

CISI Capital Markets Program qualification or equivalent

Strong knowledge of ETF/Equities/Fixed Income

Proven experience dealing with UK and US Markets

Experienced demonstrating strong principles of Risk Mitigation

Strong experience and use of best execution

Demonstrable experience Dealing on behalf of multiple clients

SMCR Certified

Educated to A Level as a minimum standard (preferred)
