Iris Support Officer

As a member of the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Integrated Care Board, the post holder will be responsible for providing support to enable the effective day to day operations of Innovation, Research and Improvement System (IRIS). IRIS represents a collaborative approach to research, innovation and improvement in the new ecosystem of an ICS and represents its constituent populations, sectors and partners. IRIS will bring together existing and emerging activities across the ICS to maximise our assets and connect stakeholder organisations across the system. We will work with our partners to support and grow an exemplar system which enables and facilitates research, innovation and improvement.
Working with the managers, clinical leads, and programme director the post-holder and will be responsible for stakeholder management and coordinating the IRIS response to incoming enquires and request for support and information. The post holder will provide signposting, connect stakeholders, and facilitate knowledge sharing across the system with the support of core team. The post holder will also provide administrative and project management support. The ICS recognises the potential for our region to be an excellent partner to academic centres and innovators alike, to further our understanding and adoption of solutions that transform the way we deliver care and the way we tackle population health across our unique mix of rural, urban, coastal, and port communities.
