**Job Summary**

Our growing retail business is looking for enthusiastic, approachable & passionate staff members to join our store team as Casual Retail Assistants. This flexible role is an opportunity to join an exciting part of the sports retail industry. Offering fans the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring that the store is maintained to the highest standards of merchandising, presentation and product availability.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Greet, serve, and assist customers with their purchases
- Offer advice and answer questions from customers, not just about products and prices but also issues like stock availability or any special promotions that may be running
- Ensure you are fully briefed on all merchandise stock availability and new stock
- Be friendly, courteous, and professional to all customers both in store and over the telephone
- Merchandise the store and replenish stock when necessary
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy and merchandise is well presented at all times
- Upsell on purchases when appropriate
- Handle and process payments
- Carry out product personalisation
- Always understand and demonstrate our culture
- Responsible for individual health & safety and keeping a safe and tidy environment
- Ad hoc duties as requested by management

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**

Experience of working within a customer focused environment would be a distinct advantage. Retail specific experience is not essential but preferred. Full training will be given within this role
