**Key Deliverables**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards.
- Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to food quality and safety.
- Assist in the packaging of products, including caviar, salmon roe, and other luxury food items, while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee packaging operations and guide team members to maintain and uphold product quality and safety.
- Train and educate staff on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and prepare reports for management.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications.
- Stay updated on UK food safety regulations and ensure company compliance.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a quality assurance role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and UK food safety regulations.
- Certifications in HACCP, BRC, or ISO are highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
