**Summary**

This role will work closely with the global leadership team and be integral to the smooth operation of the regional activation hub [JK1]within a global automotive client [JK2]to track, prioritise, plan and orchestrate client digital delivery requests, timelines, workplans and deliverables for the region. This critical role will act as a regional coordination point to ensure proper prioriotisation across markets for internal and client facing activities. The Sr Associate will also partner across teams and workstreams to maintain a close eye on what is within existing scope of repsonsibilites vs what is new to deliver required outputs.

**Key Attributes**:
You will play a key role in the management of, communication about, and coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams. You will design, implement and run simple and efficient workflow and project governance processes.

You build strong relationships across the agency, client team & with key clients [JK3]to ensure visibility, clarity, collaboration and strategic alignment.

You will be a strategic problem solver as well as an effective business operator.

You will work across exciting workstreams and teams, driving priortisation, and facilitating collaboration to stay on track. A can-do, roll-up your sleeves attitude to problem solving is essential and making sure you work with people from the client, GroupM, WPP and within the local markets to find solutions in a timely manner is key.

You should be passionate about helping Mindshare to build a best-in-class delivery management culture focused on emotional maturity, organisational agility and continual improvement.

You will have a proven track record in being super organized, proactive and comfortable driving accountability and results across a range of internal and external stakeholders

**Objectives**:
**Delivery leadership**
- Owns day-to-day project planning and coordination for team initiatives, driving collaboration and progress across workstreams
- Has in-depth understanding of overall team scope, ensures the team understands their parts, and creates the plans to deliver expected outcomes
- Keeps clients updated on team status, drives mitigation of risks and actively tracks / communicates dependencies
- Internal connector and facilitator to ensure initiatives are properly orchestrated across workstreams
- Defines governance model to drive collection of initiative details, prioritisation, collaboration, and communication within the team
- Helps drive adoption of workflow, tools and processes across team
- Develops an in-depth understanding of the Client’s business - across new cars, used cars, business, aftersales and subscriptions
- Manages ad hoc requests and enlists people needed to action them
- 3-4 years experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Management Consulting within a consulting firm or holding company.
- Equal parts project coordinator, process designer, and change manager
- Drives results and expected outcomes across team iniaitives and workstreams

- Excellent written / verbal communication and storytelling skills including ability to tailor message based on audience

**Other core skills**:

- Knowledge of project management, collaboration and knowledge sharing tools such as Teams/SharePoint, Planner, Miro, Wrike
- Understands how to operate in a matrixed organization taking day-to-day direction from client based teams and adhering to practice / craft specific standards
