The Beal Group is a family run business, focused on supplying commercial têxtiles into the agriculture, modular building, transport, logistic and oil & gas sectors as well as several other sectors including construction, air-motive, automotive, graphic advertising, defence and leisure.

Due to growth we are currently looking to recruit welding machine operators, to operate our industrial fabric welding machines on a night shift basis.

We are looking for keen individuals who are reliable and ready to learn about working in a factory environment.

The role will be based on our busy factory floor, and you will be responsible for ensuring all têxtiles are processed through the factory at quality standard and ensuring Company targets are achieved.

**Experience of welding industrial fabric is preferred but not essential as full training will be given. Metal welding experience is not applicable.**

**Requirements**:

- You must be able to work to a high standard of accuracy,
- Work to tight deadlines and high-quality standards.
- You will have good communication skills,
- Be well motivated and have a willingness to learn.

Please note training will take place on dayshift for the first 3/4 weeks.

**Immediate starts available on a permanent basis.**

**The night shift hours are as follows**:

- Sunday to Thursday 12.30am to 7.30am
- Monday to Friday 12:30am to 7.30am
