**The role**:
Working as part of a multi-discipline team you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of facilities.
**Day to day activities will include**:

- Carry out PPM tasks
- Carry out building and fabric repairs
- Tiling and plumbing repairs
- Constructing new office space

**What is required**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- COSHH and Health and Safety awareness
- Self-Motivated
