The successful applicant should have experience in a customer facing environment. A strong sense of team working, you should have excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and have great customer serviceskills. Basic Google/Microsoft skills are desirable, however, further training will be given if needed.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be self motivated and a real team player, committed to delivering an outstanding level of service to our customers, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, youwill enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a desire to learn new skills, supporting a wider team whilst maintaining high standards of work. You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own.
