**Responsibilities**
- Lead and work collaboratively with your team of developers, a BA and QA's.
- Delegate workloads and code reviews
- Manage source code files with Microsoft DevOps.
- Have high standards, seeking to continually improve quality where possible.
- Participate in software releases, as necessary
- Help drive the careers of each member of your team.
