**Virtual Testing Assistant**

**Worthing, West Sussex - Hybrid (1 day per week in the head office)**

**£10,229.65 - £12,034.89 Plus Commission**

**Part Time (17-20 hours per week) - Permanent
**About the role
As a Virtual Testing Assistant, known internally as; Customer at Home Health Coach you will be representing Bluecrest Wellness, by delivering a virtual health assessment to our Strategic Partners and Corporate customers. You will be conducting a 30 minute appointment, with the main focus being coach of the capillary blood sample collection. The customer will receive a home test kit in the post prior to the appointment, and you will be there to guide them through the process of collecting the sample safely and correctly.

**The hours**
- 17 - 20 hours per week; these hours can call any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Friday on a rota basis
- Hybrid - Minimum of 1 day per week in the head office
- Part time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**
- Send the virtual meeting invites to the appointments booked for the day - This can be anywhere up to 15 a day depending on working hours.
- Connect into the webcam-based link to connect with client; ensuring you are on time, in uniform and not late to the allocated time of appointment.
- Mark appointments as attended or not attended.
- Confirm the client’s identity and adhere to data protection.
- Explain the purpose of the capillary blood collection procedure to gather the relevant information.
- Enter member data into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that the member completes all paperwork to send off their blood samples.
- Book rescreen appointment where necessary and liaise with the support team for any rescreen requests.
- Liaise with the team for any other administration requirements.
- Upgrade to full health assessment where suitable.
- Appointment quality will be measured by audits. A quality score of 95% or greater must be maintained. A minimum of 1 appointment per week will be audited.

**Requirements**:
**Your Background....**
- Confidence to carry out appointments on screen, and coach the members to draw capillary blood samples, must be confident to work with the public.
- Office 365 experience, and all Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Must have a professional telephone, webcam and face to face manner.
- Must have suitable location at home to work, as well as relevant technological set up (Wifi).
- Personal integrity and pride in work.
- Willingness to travel to Head Office (West Sussex) for any training needs or requirements.

**You as a person....**
- Works well in team environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Whilst experience in the medical profession is not required an interest in health care/fitness is desirable.
- Whilst experience in home working is not required, any evidence of this would be an added benefit.
