As a

**What do you need?**
- Minimum of 12 months experience working as an RGN, RMN, RNLD, Paramedic, occupational therapist, or doctor.
- Eligible to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available for this role).
- NMC registered or HCPC.
- Broad-ranging clinical experience working with adults/children.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

**Salary**
£35,000 up to £38,000 with OTE of £41,800*

Salary commences at £35,000 increasing to £36,000 with additional 2 x £1000 salary increases based on successful completion of internal training taking basic salary to £38,000 plus yearly performance related bonus of 10% (paid in quarterly installments based) yearly OTE of £41,800
