At SHAKEii SHAKEii, our vision extends beyond crafting exceptional beverages; we pride ourselves in creating a customer journey. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Store Supervisor to assist in the management of our combined bubble tea and grocery store. The Store Supervisor will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment to optimize stock availability and minimize waste.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork, communication, and continuous learning among staff members.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage or grocery industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and health standards.
- Ability for heavy lifting duties.
- Language: Mandarin preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
