**Join Our Technical Team at The Compleat Food Group**

We are recruiting for a Technical Administrator to join our team.

To ensure that the Management Team, working within Riverside Bakery are aware of their responsibilities and targets with regards to food safety, authenticity, integrity and legality.

To provide professional, effective and efficient administrative support to the technical and QA function in Riverside.

Develop an effective and harmonious relationship with customers, suppliers and colleagues and to carry out key tasks in line with business requirements to ensure quality systems are compiled with.

**Location and shifts**: Nottingham, Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm and Friday: 8:30am - 4pm

**Salary**:£28,000.00 annually

**Your Duties Will Include**:

- To maintain & enhance relationships with all personnel across all departments
- To ensure that complaints from customers and local authorities are recorded, logged, investigated and responses sent or submitted on relevant supplier websites within required timescales. Complaint communication for site.
- To ensure online reviews for all customers are logged and trended
- To provide support to ensure generation of technical/ quality data (tabular and graphical) for submission to all customer and site KPI’s within required timescales
- Compiling all retailer KPI reports and site management reports
- To manage and adapt relevant spreadsheets
- To manage export preparation, compliance, documentation and visits
- Complete delivery artwork checks to ensure packaging delivered is correct
- artwork and new packaging checks
- Managing document control database. Issuing updated/ new documents to the appropriate departments.
- To manage & raise purchase order numbers
- when required.
- Support and assist with unannounced BRC preparation & other customer specific audits
- New product launch preparation
- Any other tasks deemed necessary in the role, to demonstrate commitment to the food safety, authenticity, integrity and quality culture activities at site, alongside the values of our business

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment
- Experience within technical admin role ideally retailer experience
- Previous experience with QMS system e.g. writing technical procedures / document control.

**Qualifications**:

- Food safety Level 3 - preferred
- Internal Auditing Training
- HACCP Level 3 - preferred
- Understanding of retailer Code of Practice & BRC requirements
- Previous food industry experience
