Here at GXO Logistics, we’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team on a full time, 12-month FTC basis based at our site in Northampton. You’ll be supporting our Drinks Logistics operation on our client contract for Carlsberg, the Danishbrewery giant. Did you know, as well as the famous lager in the green bottle, the Carlsberg group has over 155 beer brands in its portfolio, that’s a lot of beer

You’ll be working the night shift, 4 days on, 4 days off 12 hour shifts. If Carlsberg did jobs. You know the rest

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,508.96 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Complete perpetual inventory counting of the physical stock as per the agreed task plan to ensure all areas within the warehouse are counted on a weekly basis.
- Complete the daily reports and escalate risks or major issues as quickly as possible.
- Make necessary adjustments within the warehouse management system to reflect the physical stock counted.
- Conduct specific stock investigations in response to customer / supplier / operational queries as required.
- Monitor and resolve workflow queries

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Strong organisation skills
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, PowerPoint & excel
- Team player
