**Junior Designer - Las Iguanas (Based in Bristol) c.£22K + benefits**
- This is a fantastic opportunity for a graphic design graduate or junior designer to join our small, friendly marketing team based in our office in Redland, Bristol.

You’ll be an adaptable and enthusiastic multi-tasker, contributing to the overall creative process, working at pace and to tight deadlines for our national restaurant brand.

You will occasionally also have the opportunity to support departments and other brands within the wider Big Table Group with the creation of external and internal marketing communications. You will have a passion for great design, be able to follow a brief within brand guidelines and have excellent attention to detail. Ideally you will also be interested in the broader marketing process, including digital and web design, and you will be keen to develop within your role. You will have awareness of relevant market trends, including social media, and enjoy keeping up with new tech and its’ role within marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be able to follow briefs and faithfully recreate print ready and digital assets in line with existing designs.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for proof reading to check for errors and inconsistencies across marketing materials and menus.
- Use existing platforms and systems, so willingness to learn new processes is essential.
- Create and maintain accurate and organised design files within our existing library.
- Be a brand guardian, from tone of voice to fonts and colour palettes.
- Act as a point of contact with preferred suppliers and agencies where required, including printers to ensure seamless production and delivery of print to multiple locations.
- Use your creativity. You should be comfortable regularly researching and generating ideas to shape your design and thinking and be able to actively contribute to creative sessions with the wider team.
- Support the marketing team with campaigns and day to day activity as required and enjoy the variety of also occasionally taking on work for other brands and departments within the Group.

**Skills and Experience**
- Graphic design qualification or equivalent experience
- Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of tone of voice and copywriting
- Confident liaising with third parties including agencies, printers, our restaurant teams and other departments within the group.
- Some experience of creating/editing video and social media content is beneficial.
