**Role Profile**

As the exclusive recruitment partner for Lockhart Catering, Cast UK have been instructed to recruit a Tender Co-Ordinator based at their Head office in Theale.

This fantastic opportunity's main accountability is to respond to tender enquiries, issue large quotes and tenders and co-ordinate various teams within the business to ensure a the strongest and most professional bid is submitted.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the coordination of formal tender submissions
- Coordinating the time line for tender submissions, tender meetings and implementation follow up
- Work with sales team to support new business via Portals
- Work with Sector Heads in sales to support the delivery of quality and creative documentation for submission
- Production, co-ordination and formatting of initial tender responses
- Production, co-ordination and formatting of Prequalification Questionnaires
- Production, co-ordination and formatting of pricing and product selection
- Working with the sales team and business analysts to maintain a pipeline of opportunities, prospects and contracts due for renewal
- Develop a suite of written responses for submission documents and ensuring that responses are tailored to the requirements of each tender
- Assist the sales team in the production of presentations to support tender
- Recording of information for inclusion in future bids
- Drives knowledge management for submissions
- Reporting of Contract conversion wins and co-ordinating with business analysts in ensuring existing contract end dates are proactively reported and managed

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience of creating, writing snd managing successful tender/bid submissions
- Previous experience of tender portals or similar software would be advantageous
- Intermediate Excel skills
