Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we currently have an opening at our Wincham Site for a Yard Operative to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to fulfil an important role within a fast growing and successful business.

**Job Role**
- Reporting to the Yard Manager
- Booking Plant Equipment in/out using Mobile App
- Load/Unloading of plant machinery
- Operate/Wash off a wide range of mobile and operated plant machinery to a high standard, in a safe manner.
- General yard duties including keeping yard/machine wash bays clean/tidy and upkeep of wash equipment.
- Assisting engineers in the preparation of machinery for customers
- Operating FLT and telehandler
- Strict adherence to Health & Safety policy and procedure at all times

**Skills**
- Must have Full clean driver’s licence
- Good knowledge of plant machinery
- Background in plant machinery operation preferable
- Basic knowledge of IT and Microsoft software
- FLT and telehandler operating experience preferable
- Able to operate to deadlines
- Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Must be able to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Very good knowledge and sense of plant based health and safety
- Flexible attitude
- Keen to learn
- Ideally located in the Northwich area

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
