Sales Administrator

Do you want to be part of an exciting project providing key support and assistance? Do you want flexible working hours and a varied role where no 2 days are the same? This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved as a Sales Administrator in a unique project with a variety of duties, working in a team and providing support to the project as a whole.
You will need to be professional and pro-active in undertaking your administrative, financial and sales-related tasks as you'll be providing the key administrative support to the team as well as management of purchase orders.
As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:
- Providing a full range of administrative and operational support to the operations manager
- Arranging and attending meetings and taking minutes during meeting
- Assisting with the company’s finances, always ensuring invoices are processed correctly and the appropriate financial records are maintained
- Raising purchase orders
- Completing expense claims for Management
- Supporting engineers with administration tasks
We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills or experience:
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar project assistant / administrative role
- The ability to take accurate, formal minutes during meetings
- A strong team focus, and enjoy working with people
- To be highly IT literate and proven experience in using excel and powerpoint
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- To be numerate with a good eye for detail
- The ability to work diligently under your own initiative and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Navision/NAV)
- Have a flexible approach to duties
