As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
- Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.
- Conducting on-the-job training and competency assessments of local personnel.
- Advising and trouble shoots on Intelligent Production Systems issues in the district.
- Handling special projects as assigned.- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have knowledge of drilling and completion techniques and drilling/work over rig operations.
- Have a degree from a Technical college and significant experience as a Field Specialist.
- Be able to work well and communicate well with others.**Work in a way that works for you**
