Part Time Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping Team.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Housekeeping team at Shortflatt Tower, Belsay, Northumberland.

We Boast Northumberland’s most awe inspiring wedding location and exclusive use estate. Steeped in history, our tower and grounds present a picturesque backdrop to the perfect wedding and event. The Estate dates back to 1257 and has recently been lovingly restored, blending tradition and contemporary flourishes accompanied by fairy tail cottage.

About the Role

Duties include;
Servicing the public areas of the Estate

Servicing our cottages ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to a 5 star standard.

Servicing guest bedrooms, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to extremely high standard. Experience in making beds and presenting them to a 5 star appearance is a must.

Providing excellent customer service to all guests, giving a warm and friendly interaction

Following daily plans, ensuring all rooms are serviced on time

Working as part of a team and supporting colleagues

About You

You will be a friendly, enthusiastic and hard-working individual who enjoys working as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude is essential for this role. Ideally, you will have previous housekeeping experience at a 4 or 5 star level.

A competitive hourly rate is offered with flexible working opportunities.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle upon Tyne, NE20 0HD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
