**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling customer requests efficiently and providing feedback
- Supporting clients with emergency call outs
- Recording calls accurately and resolving issues within SLA
- Managing maintenance, reactive works, and callouts
- Issuing planned maintenance activities and monitoring performance
- Updating clients on works against SLAs
- Providing administrative support to other teams when needed
- Reporting incidents and risks to the Contract Manager

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a service desk or administrative role, preferably within a building services, facilities management, or property environment.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (e.g., Concept, Planon, Maximo) or similar ticketing platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of building maintenance terminology and processes is desirable.
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance in facilities environments is advantageous.

**Qualifications**
- Skills in Contract Administration Support
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- GCSEs or equivalent (including English and Maths) - essential.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Business Administration or a related field - desirable.
- Facilities Management or Building Services training/certification - advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
