**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the electrical team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Interpret and work from schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings to facilitate effective project execution.
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, including logic controllers.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate project timelines and resource allocation effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development within the department.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position within the industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge alongside expertise in electrical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of project management principles as they relate to electrical works.
- City & Guilds 2391 (parts 1 & 2)
- Valid SSSTS/SMSTS
- LV Appointed person, First aid, Working at height, would be advantageous, but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £250.00-£265.00 per day

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Electrical systems: 2 years (required)
- Electrical Schematics: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SSSTS (required)
