Due to continuous investment into our operations, a fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced **Warehouse Coordinator** at our Great Braxted site.
The role of Warehouse Coordinator will contribute to the success of the site by supporting the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that all service and cost targets are met or exceeded, all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to and the highest standards of customer service are maintained. This role will deputise for the Warehouse Manager in their absence.
Duties of the role will include the following:
- Organise all staff requirements while maximising staff efficiency.
- Ensure all procedures and checks are followed and conducted.
- Ensure incoming loads are checked for quality and quantity in a timely manner.
- Ensure all paperwork is completed correctly and returned to the relevant department.
- Ensure the housekeeping in the warehouses are kept at the highest standards.
- Achieve a high level of productivity, quality and customer service standards.
- Work closely with all other areas of the business to ensure maximum productivity.
- Overseeing and coordinating in daily warehouse activities.
- Flexibility to fulfil the role.
- Assist with Stock Takes.
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, along with people management is essential.
Excellent knowledge of warehousing and operations will be required.
The ability to supervise and direct staff in a professional manner is required. Good organisational skills and the desire to add value to the team is important.
Honesty and integrity are essential characteristics as well as the ability to deliver difficult decisions and resolve conflict in a timely manner.
Training and support will be given.
Access to your own transport and a full clean driving licence is required, due to our rural location, free onsite parking.
Working hours are 8am - 5pm, overtime may be required.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
