**Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship**:
**ATA Inspire** **is looking to recruit an ambitious, nurturing, and dedicated Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join their school family.**:

**Day-to-day duties may involve**:

- Working alongside the teacher to support all classroom activities
- Help adapt and organise learning activities for young people according to their needs and abilities, under the direction of the class teacher
- Supervising classroom activities
- Assisting with young people's learning experience
- Helping young people who might need extra support
- To assist in monitoring and evaluating identified young peoples’ progress through agreed assessment activities
- Promote positive behaviour around the school
- Support students’ social and emotional well-being, recognising signs of emotional concern, offering reassurance, and reporting concerns to the teacher or Safeguarding Lead as appropriate
- Carry out administrative duties, such as preparing resources, including filing, display making and presentation of students’ work
- Support children in enabling them to learn and be safe and happy at school, both inside and outside the classroom
- Assist with break/lunch-time supervision including facilitating activities where required
- Participate in training and performance development programs as required

**Training to be provided**:Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role.
- Support in Teaching & Learning Level 3 Standard, 18 months practical with an additional 2 months End Point Assessment period.
- Functional Skills in Maths, and English (if required).

**Working Week and Hours**:30 hours per week

**Salary**:£6.40 per hour
