**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people leada valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.

The shift patterns include working weekends, 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.
**Where you will be working
Location**: School House, School Walk, Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey TW16 6RB
You will be working at School House, a service which provides support for people who may be living with moderate learning disabilities with associated health needs, autism and behaviours.
Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will offer support to people as part of their care pathway. Whether it is moving from their community placement or a family home because they require more structured care and support.
