**We are Hiring**
Do you want to work for a company that rewards, recognises, develops and creates opportunities for our Team members? We are looking for Line Controllers to join our growing Team in our coated ambient Factory in Grantham in the night shift.
The _Line Controller_ is responsible for the process area of the line, ensuring that equipment is set up correctly and producing product as per the agreed standard and specification. This is a physical role including regular handling of materials up to 25Kg.
Don’t worry if you do not have experience because we will provide all the training you will need to succeed Positions are permanent, full-time and with a choice of shift patterns.
