**The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring all orders leaving the warehouse are loaded correctly and safely
- Performing final checks on order to ensure accuracy
- Assist with planning, managing and coordinating logistics operations
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, 3rd party logistics companies, crew members and customers
- Help to create and work to best practices in logistics
- Suggest improvements to crewing principles and policies
- Manage in-house vehicles, ensuring the fleet is compliant and documentation is updated and stored correctly
- Working on computer systems and updating information on stock and orders
- Provide up to date information on stock and logistics to project managers
- Step up and cover logistics manager during absences
- Performing administrative tasks to support warehouse / logistics managers
- Overseeing that all loading and unloading bays are assigned correctly to deal with orders coming in and out
- Working alone and as part of a team
- Occasionally assisting with alternative duties when required

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Highly organised and ability to cope with multiple on-going projects
- Computer literate
- Strong communicator and able to liaise with people at all levels
- Analytical and a problem solver
- Able to perform manual handling duties
- Previously worked in a similar role such as warehouse coordinator / warehouse administrator / logistics controller / stock controller
