Our office is based in the village of Four Marks (Pyramid House, 59 Winchester Road, GU34 5HR), and we serve surrounding areas including Alton, Alresford, Basingstoke, Petersfield, and the areas in between. Due to the locations of some of the individuals we support, a driving license and your own vehicle are required.

Due to our growing reputation and high demand for quality care, we are continuously seeking passionate individuals to join our team of Community Healthcare Assistants.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Community Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- **Personal Care**: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
- **Meal Support**: Helping with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition for clients.
- **Mobility Assistance**: Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safe movement.
- **Medication Administration**: Administering medications as per prescribed guidelines (following appropriate training).
- **Companionship**: Offering emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being.
- **Household Support**: Assisting with household tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- **Tailored Care**: Delivering specialized care based on individual client needs.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately documenting and reporting the care provided to ensure the highest standards.
- **Complex Care**: Managing advanced care such as gastrostomy and tracheostomy (with full training provided).

**Available Shifts**
We offer a variety of shifts, with particular current need for the following:

- Evening shifts (4:00 PM - 9:00 PM), Monday to Thursday
- Night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Monday to Thursday

This role will primarily involve supporting a child, so flexibility and availability during these times are essential.
