Windmill Taverns Group is an Irish owned pub company located in the heart of Waterloo. It’s founders: Johnny, Ryan and Father Jack have spent their lives working in the hospitality industry perfecting the customer experience and embedding these qualities in their staff.

The group is made up of four sites all located in the Southwark/ Waterloo area and each have their own unique offering that sets them apart from local competitors. These include The Ring, The Kings Arms, Mc & Sons and Jacks.

We have an exciting new Mc & Sons opening in Vauxhall in April. It will offer craft beer, cocktails and Thai snacks. There will be live Irish music over the weekends and a late license.

**What’s expected?** Big personalities, experience in floor service and bartending, a good product knowledge range, an interest in craft beer and the best delivery of customer service. Cocktail knowledge and experience desirable.

**Pay**: £10.50/hour. Weekly pay and holiday accrual calculated on hours worked.

**Benefits**: Free food and soft drinks on shift, weekly pay, paid break (if 30 mins or less), pension scheme, £20 birthday gift, length of service reward (£10 for every year of continuous service)
