HR Administrators are the the confidential, helpful and efficient first port of call for all day-to-day HR matters, and in this role you will be providing colleagues with professional advice, guidance and support as well as supporting the wider HR team withaccurate and current data.
Responsibilities will include:
- being the first point of contact for all HR and weekly payroll related queries
- administering HR-related documentation from onboarding through to leaving including generation, checking and filing
- ensuring HR systems and records are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
- daily monitoring and recording of absence
- maintaining RAF and other recruitment trackers and publish League Tables monthly
- recommending ongoing continuous improvements, to ensure the service provided is aligned to business needs and current legislation
- updating and maintaining the HR Information System
- checking new starters Right to Work
- assisting weekly with the Induction process
- note take where required during investigations, disciplinary and appeals.
To be successful in this role you will already have...
- previous HR experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally manufacturing or retail
- excellent IT skills within Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR database skills would be an advantage
- CIPD part qualified or interested in working towards (study package available)
If you are a great communicator, thrive on being busy and dealing with a variety of tasks and can prioritise and work well alone or as part of a team this is the role for you.
You will also need to be approachable, have a working knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practices on recruitment and selection.
This role will cover 40 hours per week over 7 days, primarily Mon - Friday but to include weekend working on rotation.
