**Job Summary**: As a Domiciliary Care at Hedgerow Homecare, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities in their homes. Your primary goal will be to provide compassionate care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as required.
- Help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not essential.
- A caring and compassionate attitude towards clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, CPR) are a plus.

Pay: £13.15-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 70 per week
