Night Care Assistant

**The Old Rectory, Fradswell** is a rural residential care home for older people.

We are a family run care home who focus on the well-being and happiness of our employees; with employee benefits, bonus schemes, staff events, thorough training and professional development programmes.

Own transport is essential as there is no public transport, **support can be offered with transport if needed.**
Shift pattern available will be discussed at interview - **3-4 nights a week available.**

**Salary**: £10.50 -£12.50 per hour

Your duties will include:

- Working as a team with other care staff
- Assisting service users with undressing, bathing and all other needs.
- Help to promote mental health and well-being of individuals through activities
- Maintain cleanliness of communal areas
- Answer call buzzers, door bells, greet visitors and professionals
- Read and write care plans and reports
- Take part in regular training and meetings

Required qualification:

- Previous experience desirable but not essential
