Then I think we may have the role for you We provide 24/7 residential services to the UK's most vulnerable children/young people and believe a child's future should never be defined by their past. Every child has the right to a fulfilling life, to realize their potential and to have a positive future.Our children and young people are high risk, have highly challenging behaviour and very complex needs including Autism, EBD, ODD, self-harm, cognitive developmental issues stemming from serious childhood trauma/neglect/ abandonment/ abuse. The service is a Solo Placement for one young person with a staff ratio of 3:1. They are high risk with complex needs and challenging behaviour stemming partly from the trauma they have experienced in their young life.
