Researchers at The University of Manchester wish to appoint a Research Associate to an exciting project which will use mixed methods to evaluate if the Easy Eyecare Pathway is optimally designed for the needs of autistic people. This project is being conducted by:

- Dr Ketan Parmar (Primary Investigator), School of Health Sciences, Division of Pharmacy and Optometry, The University of Manchester
- Dr Emma Gowen, School of Health Sciences, Division of Psychology Communication and Human Neuroscience, The University of Manchester
- Dr Sarah Rhodes, School of Health Sciences, Division of Population Health, Health Services Research & Primary Care, The University of Manchester
- Dr Kathy Leadbitter, School of Health Sciences, Division of Psychology & Mental Health, The University of Manchester
- Lisa Donaldson, Head of Eyecare and Vision, SeeAbility

**During this position, the post-holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to undertake a range of activities including**:

- Advertising the project and monitoring recruitment of suitable participants
- Conducting qualitative analysis of interviews and focus groups following specified frameworks.
- Conducting quantitative analysis.
- Writing up results in various formats for dissemination.
- PPIE activities, namely working with advisory members and autism networks.
