Kiln Operator

Be Personnel and our client are happy to announce the vacancy of a Kiln Operator on a temp to permanent contract basis. Working for our client, the worlds largest Atlantic Salmon producer offers great exposure to a globally operating business

Responsibilities include:

- Rinsing trolleys of fish
- Weighing trolleys of fish and recording weights against tare weights
- Taking of Temperature controls & recording on CCP controlled Documents
- Plan & Manage workloads within a small team
- Move in a controlled process trolleys of fish
- Use of programmed Kilns
- Smoking / Cooking of fish through Kilns
- CCP Cooling controls
- Inputting data on PC
- Mixing of dusts to specification
- Cleaning of Smoke Generators

Required skills:

Schedule:

- **Monday - Friday / or 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating or Monday to Friday 21:30 - 06:00**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

Pay: £13.74 per hour
