**Full time position to support the Duty Nurse/ Paramedic during the night, 1945-0745hrs. The role involves responding to any clinical incidents, stock control, compliance checks, conducting any follow up checks with patients and tasks handed over from the day team.**

As a Healthcare Assistant, your responsibilities will vary. You will be involved in the implementation of clinical care packages, phlebotomy and assessment, treatment and the evaluation of patients’ care. You will support and assist patients with the activities of daily living, work with the Pharmacy Team to help them fulfil their daily tasks and you will be encouraged to take the lead on well-being promotion clinics.

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £27,195
**_ _**per annum - depending on experience.
