We are a small company and your work will be seen, you will be helped to grow and will gain massive amounts of experience in all areas, not just your key role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute engaging motion graphics content for podcasts. our benchmark for shorts are Tim Ferriss and Ali Abdaal, please familiarise yourself with these.
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and ideate on video concepts and ideas.
- Create eye-catching visual effects, titles, and animations that align with the brand's voice and tone.
- Manage and organize project files and assets for multiple projects.
- Deliver projects on time and to a high standard of quality.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics video editing using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro and the rest of the adobe suite.
- Experience in creating engaging short-form content from podcasts.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Experience working with social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Passion for the podcast industry and staying up-to-date with current trends and technologies.
