We are looking for a Team Support Member to support the Team Leader of Operations & Stores in managing the stores/warehouse team to ensure that safety, quantity, quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved within agreed timescales and to ensure we continue to meet our customer needs.

**Working Hours**:
Shift is 7:00am - 7:30pm Thursday to Saturday on, a rest day on Sunday, then Monday to Wednesday on, and then seven days off.

**Requirements**:

- Manage on a day-to-day basis employee issue, including cleanroom hygiene, discipline, absence, housekeeping, motivation and morale.
- Ensure the requirements of the Company Health and Safety Policy are achieved and that the requirements of appropriate statutory legislation are met.
- Abnormalities control, meaning appropriate actions are taken in a prompt manner to respond in the event of an abnormal situation (Any violation of standard method of operation)
- To Maintain and check the factory cleaning records and ensure the factory is being maintained to a high standard.
- While deputizing, ensure cleanrooms have enough work available for their planned capacity and that it fulfils the steriliser load requirement
- While deputizing, run the reports for Bromsgrove site and manage the stock control of raw materials so production needs are fulfilled
- While deputizing, ensure performance reports are accurate and available upon request
- Day to day manage the flow of work between the Bromsgrove and Worcester kitting teams.

**Person Specification**:

- Proven experience in a support role within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing a team of 15+
- Strong leadership, motivational, and organisational skills
- Good understanding of standards in a manufacturing environment or equivalent
- Hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
- Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent
