**Hours**: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm

**Salary**: £22,000 - £26,000 (negotiable based on experience)

**Who we are looking for**:

- Acting as the primary point of contact between the business and our customers dealing with enquires, complaints and general telephone calls with both customers and professional business clients
- Drive effective customer focussed decision making ensuring customer calls and enquires are deal with correctly the first time around, and following up on resolutions which have been promised to customers and clients to ensure they have been implemented as agreed
- Actively feeding back customer service opportunities to the business Director on an ongoing basis with the intention of improving the overall customer service process
- Actively track and manage customer satisfaction across different client accounts and use this knowledge to drive business improvement on an ongoing basis
- Understand the deliverables on each customer account and utilise this information to upsell additional services which would be beneficial to their accounts
- Attend key account meetings via Google Meet and Zoom on an adhoc basis to uphold excellent communication with our customers and clients, and discuss any areas which need to be address from a customer and accounts management point of view

**Required Experience**:

- CRM / systems experience
- Experience in Customer Services and complaints resolution
- Exceptional IT skills with experience working within MS Office, Gmail and Google Meet/ Teams
- The ability to work well under pressure and make effective customer focussed decisions without delegating to others
