Summary
The UK Country Head will be responsible for the overall profitability of the UK studios. An emphasis on strong collaboration with Delivery in all lines of business, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients. Key relationships will be built with all SupportFunctions including HR, IT, Workplace Experience, Finance. The Country Head will ensure that each studio meets or exceeds PTWI key performance indicators, including, Compliance, Infosec, Quality, Employee Engagement, Client Satisfaction, and Business Growth.The Country Head will achieve profitability by forecasting revenue and costs across all studios.
**Responsibilities**
- Management and Analysis of each Studio Budget and P&L, adjusting as required to maintain profitability and growth
- Implement, drive, and maintain business strategy on Work from Anywhere model
- Adherence to company infosec policy both in-studio and for remote employees, ensure compliance with relevant legislation applicable to each Studio/Employee location, e.g. Employment Law, Health & Safety regulations, etc.
- Support Compliance and IT leaders to ensure adherence to ISO and participate in Audits
- Build effective relationships with clients and ensure all SLAs and quality standards are met or exceeded
- Work with Delivery heads to drive improvements in the quality of service PTWI provides to all clients
- Manage the performance and development of all direct reports
- Take an active role in the set-up of new projects or enhancements to existing engagements
- Serve as an escalation point for escalated customer issues
- Take an active role in promoting PTWI as a diverse, equitable, and inclusive employer
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Managing Financial Performance and Operating at a Strategic level
- Experience in Managing People in a Global Organization and ability to work in a Culturally Diverse Organization
- Experience in maintaining and growing client relationships and consistently exceeding contractual SLA's
- Able to inspire directs to reach new heights in delivery, and to represent our culture of quality and flexibility, where our clients and their customers define us
- Ideally 6+ years' progressive Operations Management experience, with 3 years overall responsibility for a studio or Country
- Experience in the Gaming, BPO, Multi-Lingual would be advantageous
- Open to travel, if and when necessary

PTW is a video games services company that supports video game developers and publishers through outsourced production services. We started 25 years ago and since then, have grown exponentially year on year to where we are today. Our history is in gaming,and we are gamers at heart. In our time within the games industry, we have worked on over 1500 titles across all genres and all platforms, including 8 out of the past 10 Game-Of-The-Year-winning titles.

The PTW Family of Brands includes 1518, SIDE, and Orange Rock. 1518 is our global award-winning art services studio. SIDE works at the cutting edge of interactive mediaas a provider of audio services for the global entertainment market. Orange Rock is our in-house game and product development studio.
