**What will you be doing?**
- Producing design work that adheres to Lantern’s brand guidelines.
- Ensuring Lantern graphics folders are logically organised and kept tidy on all relevant drives.
- Producing a commercially orientated design that is customer focused with an exceptional eye for detail.
- Ensuring content of customer communications provide a consistent tone of voice (ToV).
- Proposing and developing fresh creative approaches and templates to suit the Lantern brand.
- Work closely with business analysts to ensure customer communication designs are understood and engaging. Make suggestions for change to increase customer engagement.
- Proactively communicate with all members of the project teams, using the appropriate tools to ensure challenges are solved early and any blockers are identified quickly, as well as ensuring progress is monitored.
- Providing support to other departments as and when required.
- Perform quality assurance on your own and other developers’ projects to the highest standard.

**What you’ll need**
- Competent Adobe Creative Cloud / Photoshop user with good image manipulation and retouching skills
- Have an understanding of design and a range of copywriting.
- Have experience using a CRM.
- Strong attention to detail and being proud of everything you create (within the projects constraints).
- The ability to work alongside other business functions to ensure designs are consistent with design & brand guidelines.
- Demonstrating resilience and agility in your approach to work - we're fast paced and sometimes we’ll need to juggle or prioritise.
