Pvcu Fabricator

**Central Window Systems** is a highly successful, long-standing business based in West Bromwich.

Due to our ever-growing business, we now require additional PVCu fabricators

To produce windows and doors to the required quality standard. You will be working in an assigned section, carrying out a set task, however you will work in any of the sections, reporting into any of the Section Leaders. To support and liaise with other departments and customers to ensure clear and concise communication.

Main Duties:

- Manufacture products to the required quality standards.
- Undertake assembly work of windows and doors utilising hand power tools and other tools.
- Carry out and complete general operative duties.
- Handle materials and finished products in line with manual handling procedures.
- Comply with all Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and appropriate Risk Assessments.
- Carry out the safe operation of machinery.
- Keep workstations and factory clean, tidy and organised.
- Raise any quality issues with a Section Leader, Senior Section Leader or Assistant Production Manager.
- Raise any Health and Safety issues to a Section Leader, Senior Section Leader or Assistant Production Manager.
- Support and assist with any continuous improvement projects.
- Actively participate in relevant meetings.
- Undertake any relevant training required.
- Complete any other reasonable additional duties as requested by management / Supervisors.

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
