We are currently looking for a passionate **Food & Beverage Attendant**, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent** **basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a **Food & Beverage Attendant**, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
- Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
- Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.

You will be required to work **40 hours** per week, on a shift rota.
