We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing professional specialising in PR, Events & Socials, to join us at Phase 3, a leading People Technology company based in Manchester. The PR,E & S Executive will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the PR and events calendar whilst embedding our brand and creating positive relationships in the People Technology industry to create and sustain a positive reputation through direct communications and events.

**Responsibilities**
- Create and deliver the public relations and social strategy in conjunction with the Head of Marketing and marketing team.
- Research, plan and deliver industry leading events to enhance brand reputation, generate leads and cultivate engagement.
- Monitor, analyse and communicate PR and event outcomes on a regular basis.
- Research, create and publish press releases and content for a variety of channels.
- Sourcing speaking opportunities for members of Phase 3 at relevant conferences, panels, workshops and webinars.
- Create and update the monthly social calendar with topical and industry leading content
- Manage day-to-day posting, editing and optimisation of paid and organic content on multiple social media platforms to grow followers and increase engagement
- Review, edit and publish blogs created by external sources on our website
- Identify reactive opportunities for posts based on news and industry updates
- Researching, drafting and pitching PR content such as press releases, by-lines and thought leadership articles to relevant publications, journalists and influencers
- Ensure consistency of brand tone and articulation across all touchpoints
- Manage the internal communication relating to PR and event activities
- Work alongside the Marketing team to market our attendance at external events and to promote attendance at Phase 3 events
- Ensure follow up from events is executed quickly and with relevant information
- Be able to work effectively under pressure individually, whilst remaining a strong team player.
- Educated to a degree level ideally in Marketing or events management
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role with scope of PR, Events & Social Marketing
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- Ability to write engaging and influential copy
- An understanding of event management, content creation, webinar platforms are highly desirable
- Excellent reporting and analytical understanding
- Strong video editing and design skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation - ideally HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Passionate about all things social, events and PR
