**Here at North Weald Vets, we are hiring for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team**:
This is a part-time role working either two and a half days per week or five half days (a mixture of mornings and afternoons) and a one in six Saturday morning. Working alongside our clinical team, this role will be shared with another receptionist where the duties and hours will be decided through good communication and working as a team.

**About the role**:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
- You will greet all clients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide clients with informative and empathetic guidance, converting inquiries into appointments to support pet healthcare. Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection while presenting a knowledgeable and professional image that promotes the practice and instils confidence in our clients.

North Weald has been open since 2004 and has developed over this time. Working with a team of two vets, five nurses (including one student) we consider the practice to be very friendly and effort is taken to support all members of staff every day of the week.

Our practice is based in North Weald and is close to Epping with excellent transport links such as the underground tube station and the M11. North Weald Vets has steadily grown to become a very busy practice whilst maintaining a caring attitude towards its patients and their owners.
