**Social Media and Communications Worker (applicants aged 18-25)**

- Are you 18-25 and a social media whizz? If you know how to craft the perfect TikTok, design snazzy Instagram stories, and get people buzzing online, then we want YOU Join us as a **Social Media and Communications Worker** and help us bring Dorset’s youth sector into the digital spotlight.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage our social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and more).
- Create exciting, shareable content that young people will LOVE.
- Help our VCS partners share their stories and amazing work they do.
- Lead in the creative design of our new newsletter with engaging content.
- Collaborate with our team to get the word out about amazing projects.
- Keep our community engaged, excited, and informed.

**Location**: Dorset wide HQ in Dorchester

**Salary**:£19,821-£22,548 (depending on experience)

**Term**: 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability. Full time 37 hours per week, some evenings may be required.
- Hold a valid driving license and be able to travel as required for the role. (Desirable)
- Must have the ability to arrange reliable transportation to the Dorchester HQ (Essential)
