As part of theTechnology & Digital Team, you will lead the IT Internal Audit (IA) practice and work with clients to help the understand and manage their risks around technology across a range of sectors and clients ranging from FTSE100 and Fortune 500to the public sector and privately owned companies. The technology and digital practice helps organisations to better leverage technology, guides them at all stages of theirtechnologytransformation journey and helps them manage the risks with technology.

**Job Purpose** As a Director within the Technology and Digital team you will be responsible for leading the IT Internal Audit practice for the UK and will beinvolved in all aspects of portfolio. You will contribute to and underpin the management of client engagementsworking closely with senior representatives of client organisations. You will also be involved the development of our IT services for UK SoX and the business development and delivery of these services.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Engagement Delivery - **Responsible for planning, managing and executing projects (large scale) on time and within budget, alongside Partners. Responsible for providing a project delivery foundation to managers and junior team members asappropriate. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong long-term client relationships.
- **Business Development**- Alongside the Partners take an functional role in prime and executing the Business Development strategy for the IT IA practice
- **Risk Management**:

- **People Management**:

- Manage and coach team members in client and practice delivery. Undertake line management duties as appropriate and also lead the recruitment strategy to further scale the team.
- **Practice Management**- Alongside Partners take an functional role in the development of new initiatives and alternative approaches to solving client problems. Developing new go to market service offerings and new methodologies and projectaccelerators.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience in leading a large IT IA team and client portfolio, developing IT IA plans and presenting to Audit committees
- Willingness to develop skills in the other core Technology areas and experience in scaling an IT IA team - essential.
- Extensive previous experience in identifying and closing opportunities for new work with new clients along with an established professional network - essential
- Qualified - (CISA, IIA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant Masters-level studies (e.g. MBA), and technology accreditationsdesirable.
- Demonstrates high level accuracy, Internal Audit and consulting skills.
- Outstanding communication, writing and presentation skill, with personal projection and credibility, alongside high standards of quality and demonstrating a focus on self-development.
