We currently have an exciting new apprenticeship opportunity within our growing Payroll and Benefits team.

You will be joining a fun team who will support you throughout your apprenticeship journey and help you develop your career within Payroll and Benefits.

This is a varied role to assist the team with the administration and running of the payroll and benefits services for Platform housing Group. Some of your daily tasks will include supporting employees and managers with payroll queries, collating, checking and entering information to produce monthly reports and to assist the team with administrating company benefit schemes.

**Some things we need from you**:

- Have attained a grade 4 qualification in Maths/English (or equivalent to GCSE Grade C & above)
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent)
- Good attention to detail and be able to work accurately to tight deadlines
- Good ICT skills (especially word and excel)
- Be keen to learn and have good written and verbal communication skills

**_ Please note, whilst this role is home based; there will be an essential requirement to travel and work from our Worcester office as required. _**During the initial training period we anticipate this will be two days each week but will eventually reduce to approximately one day per week or less.

At College you will study for your level 3 qualification by attending 1 day a week. You will also work alongside experienced Colleagues during the rest of the week.

Please note that PHG has a strong track record of offering permanent jobs to its apprentices once they qualify.
